✅ 1. Airport Pickup Service – Peace of Mind from the First Moment
Instead of fumbling with directions or worrying about expensive taxi fares at the airport (such as Pearson or Vancouver Intl), our team will:
• Be waiting for you at the arrival hall to greet you and your family along with all your luggage.
• Take you directly to your accommodation or pre-booked hotel.
• Provide a brief guide to nearby amenities (supermarkets, bus stops, nearest subway).
✅ 2. Professional House-Hunting Service – Your Shield Against Scams
We offer reliable, legally verified service providers to help you avoid losing thousands of dollars to online rental scams.
• Directly visit properties, take photos/videos to ensure the house matches the advertisement, and check that the heating and water systems work properly.
• Verify ownership: Check property documents to ensure the person signing the lease has legal rental rights.
• Review the lease agreement: Ensure terms comply with the Tenancy Act of each province, protecting your rights in case of disputes or when moving out.
✅ 3. Fast-Track Settlement Paperwork
Instead of navigating dozens of government websites, we’ll be with you every step of the way to:
• Register your SIN (Social Insurance Number): We’ll accompany you directly to Service Canada to get your SIN in just one morning.
• Activate your Health Card: Ensure you’re covered by the public healthcare system as soon as possible.
• Open a bank account: Advise on special account packages for newcomers with great perks on maintenance fees and credit cards.
Let PathCAN make your first days in Canada easy and memorable.
