Requirements for Admission:

International students should apply at least three months before enrollment to secure a non-immigrant student visa. The application process includes:

  • Completing the University Application or Common Application
  • Submitting official high school transcripts
  • Providing evidence of English language proficiency

For those obtaining an I-20:

  • Affidavit(s) of Support and Bank Statement(s)
  • Letter of Sponsorship
  • Copy of passport

Scholarships

International students are evaluated for merit-based scholarships upon admission, with awards ranging from $12,000 to $18,000 per academic year. Additional scholarships and monetary awards are available for accepted students who meet specific criteria.

ONU also offers the ISTP, which provides international students with specialized courses that can help them succeed in American academics by getting satisfactory scores in TOEFL, IELTS, ELS, SAT, and ACT.
