Statistics Canada’s record shows that Business Administration has the highest number of student enrolments among all 12 listed fields of study, comprising around 20% of the total 2017/2018 enrolments. Yorkville University offers a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree that can be completed as early as 2.5 years given a full course load and year-round study. This program has four intakes per year. The total cost of the BBA degree program for international students is CAD $67,500, excluding other fees and living costs.

Students have the option to take the BBA General program (without specialization) or choose one of the following specializations:

Accounting

This industry-driven program equips students with the necessary knowledge and skills in auditing, business processes, and management accounting. The program culminates with the successful delivery of a capstone project that reflects a real-world business case scenario.

 

Supply Chain Management

 This specialization equips students with a comprehensive understanding of the supply chain, including its important aspects such as logistics, purchasing, distribution, inventory, and sales. Graduates are well-prepared to enter roles such as warehouse operation specialist, logistics coordinator, or procurement specialist for multinational companies.

 

Project Management

 This specialization enables students to understand project management knowledge areas and best practices, and provides the required training to sit the Certified Associate of Project Management (CAPM), a globally recognized entry-level Project Management certificate. According to the Project Management Institute (PMI), demand for project management-related jobs is set to grow faster than any other occupations.

 

Energy Management

 This concentration addresses the need for more well-rounded business leaders in the complex and evolving energy landscape. Students will learn about energy production and operations, energy markets, as well as the latest trends in our transition to a more sustainable energy future. Graduates stand out for employers in the energy sector and can land a role as policy analyst, program leader, or business development associate.


Yorkville’s BBA programs are delivered in two of Canada’s business districts – Vancouver and Toronto. The Vancouver campus offers the BBA General program and all BBA specializations, while the Toronto campus only offers BBA with Project Management concentration.
